Offshore bank account + Offshore company for Iran can do it?

We already had a similar thread here /forum/f5/offshore-company-passport-iran-can-i-open-14819/ - however, yes you can incorporate a Offshore company in the Seychelles and also open a Bank account in Cyprus (at least it is where we know it is possible).

Everything can be handled online, so there is no need to travel to the Seychelles to register a company there.

Well I'm not from Iran, but can we send passport copy and utility bill by e-mail?

Yes, e-mail/Skype or our support system...thats fine, no need to send them by courier or postal mail.

Typically there is no additional information about why a client is declined by the bank... I don't know your case but if you want us to look into this then please submit a ticket to our corporate support!

Many countries have sactioned the Iran so it may be not possible to open a bank account for any Iranien citizen at the moment.
