Offshore bank account + Offshore company for Iran can do it?

Need to know if I can open Offshore bank account + offshore company in Seychelles, I'm from Iran can this be done?

We already had a similar thread here /forum/f5/offshore-company-passport-iran-can-i-open-14819/ - however, yes you can incorporate a‌ Offshore company in the Seychelles and also open a Bank account in Cyprus (at least‍ it is where we know it is possible).

Can I open the company online or I need to travel to Seychelles?

Everything can be handled online, so there is no need to travel to the Seychelles‌ to register a company there.

Well I'm not from Iran, but can we send passport copy and utility bill by‌ e-mail?

Yes, e-mail/Skype or our support system...thats fine, no need‍ to send them by courier or postal mail.

Typically there is no additional information about why a client is declined by the bank...‌ I don't know your case but if you want us to look into this then‍ please submit a ticket to our corporate support!

Many countries have sactioned the Iran so it may be not possible to open a‌ bank account for any Iranien citizen at the moment.
