Offshore bank account in Cyprus, which bank to use?

I have been suggested the following bank:


Piraeus Bank


Laiki Marfin Bank


Bank of Cyprus


Can you tell me which bank is the best for clickbank payments and to transfer money from offshore account to local bank account?


Privacy is not a issue.

Piraeus Bank works pretty good for most clients and beside all the standards i.e. Internet‌ banking, debit card, multi- currency accounts etc. they have same day transfer to EU banks.‍ Means that if you initiate a transfer in the morning your money will be in⁠ another European account same day. This is defiantly not the case with most other banks.⁤

Is a Cyprus bank a real offshore bank ? Can I open bank account with‌ Bank of Cyprus or HSBC in Cyprus?

A Cyprus bank is not a "real offshore bank" as what you understand from the‌ term. It is a bank account located in Cyprus / Europe with the privileges that‍ only a handful offshore bank accounts offer. Here I just want to mention the Banking⁠ Secrecy that Cyprus has in their statute.
