Is it possible to get a HK PayPal account if I incorporate a HK company‌ with bank account in Hong Kong? What I think about is to travel there and‍ while I stay in the hotel open an account there so it will be a⁠ HK IP I'm using. Do you think it's possible or is there an agent that⁤ 100% can guarantee to open a PayPal for me ?
