Offshore account (any location) needed urgently.

I need a place that I can store close to 2 million dollars without any heavy questions being asked as to the source of funds, I was recommended "bank of st lucia" who a colleague of mine opened up with a simple skype call but due to corona virus they are not operational on live chat.

It doesn't need to be a corporate account, it can be personal, just important that they are reliable yet relaxed on regulation and disclosure. Any suggestions welcome guys.

It just don't sound like to be a valid question at all. I think anyone on the entire Globe who turn on his TV right now will know there is a WORLDWIDE LOCKDOWN - so why do you believe that the Baltics are an exception 😀

Anyway, to answer your question. At the moment you are pretty much fucked nothing that requires personal visit is available for you. There is some flue around the entire world called COVID-19 - that's why you can't visit anyone, no banks not even your mother if you not live in her house.

Haha sorry guys, I am well aware of whats happening globally, sadly though I am living in Indonesia, at this present moment as we speak you would assume there isn't a global pandemic happening. All Chinese seafood restaurants still in operation etc. If you lived here you'd understand what I mean. I appreciate the help though guys, may have sounded like a silly question but I don't think this country has any concept of what is happening. I figured it couldn't be the only country in the world with this approach.

Thanks for the tip. Our usual means of handling this has been absolutely buggered because of this lockdown. Ill do some digging and if I cannot find a solution I'll be sure to drop them a pm.

Good idea, alternative you want to buy a ready made setup i.e. company + bank account that is already established and has some track record. It's not going to be cheap but if you have more then the 2M US$ then it may not hurt you if you have to spend 20 or 30K euro to get something valid setup.

I am open to this, it is something I have looked into (Shelf Companies) It depends on the locations and the business activities as to whether it would be suitable. I have found a few suppliers of shelf companies but they are dormant and do not come with accounts which isn't ideal really. Freight Forwarding or logistics would be most ideal for cashflow purposes

I know a few banks in Slovakia, which does not ask too many questions. It is important for them to have a right paperwork when openning account. Once openned, there are no problems with transactions. Problem with them is opennig process. They are willing to open bank accounts for citizens of a first world countries, and in some cases for a residents of other countries - in case it they feel this country is not a total s**t hole. If you are able to travel, after this world closude du to Corona will be over, you can come to Slovakia with a prepared paperwork and it can be done.. They usualy open bank accounts fof foreigners in 3-7 days. Slovak banks does not asks too many questions about source of funds. They accept almost any produced evidence and they do not care if it is a legit or not. They feel happy to have some sheets of paper in your file, but does not care if it makes any sense..
