Taking the news item at face value, I think it's a very good thing. I'm‌ for non-violence and for upholding human rights, military people included. No one should be hurt‍ deliberately.
 
It's a good and bold move for Obama, Human rights is essential you can not‌ just hurt a person if you need something from him. We're not animals were humans.‍ Respect human lives.
