Notary certification online/remotely

Hi.

Does anybody know how can I certify a signature of a third person in the bank form (telephone number change) without his personal presence? The bank located in Portugal, they will accept the EU Notary only. Is there any online notary service? Or may be some dark providers who doesn't care about verification?

You can only get this done if you are using a providr of darks or someone similar. There is no Online Notary service in Europe at all, since the fact is, that a notary service need to see you sign the document he has to put his stamp on.

Thanks, I'm wondering where I can start my search in dark. Any tips?

Look at signatures otherwise at least I know @blueweb is able to do the work, he has done that many times for me 😉
