Is possible to use the online notarization services to notarize the passport and the utility bill (if not in english) for opening an offshore company in Belize and a bank account in Cyprus? Thank you.

We need a sample to see if this new service actually works! I don't believe it to be recognized to be trustworthy since most of the European banks will require personal meeting at the notary service to make it valid.
