Not happy with Bankera

They asked me to verify to level 2 as I exceeded 1000 Euro in total transfers, which is not true. I only got 200 Euro in total, now they ask for additional day to verify my account after receiving a transfer locking the amount in. Not possible to send the remaining amount out until their answer.
