Northen Cyprus - will a bank account be useful?

Will opening a bank in Northen Cyprus, a personal one, be useful anyhow? Won't I, or someone else who sends me money, have a problem with sending to/from sendingreceiving money?

What reputation, on average, do the banks of Norther Cyprus have in the eyes of European, UK, US and so on... banks?

Or maybe a business account will be more useful?

It has a terrible reputation, but the good news it basically flies under the radar‌ so they quote Turkish,German, or UK virtual IBAN details - so nobody will now you‍ are banking there. At the end of the day it is pretty good. Banks sending⁠ money will not know it is going to Northern Cyprus.

Why not try Serbia or⁤ Northern Macedonia instead? Probably a safer bet and still outside EU and CRS.

why not ? trnc is very liberal is fully multicurrency account
