Wallester is the cheapest in regards to fees but the other have greater benefits when it comes to privacy and anonymity. Depends on what it is you are looking for.

Fees I don't care, I use them for other purpose where I safe 40 - 50% in living costs.

www.zypto.com they have VCC up to 5 or 10k with no kyc.

Never had an issue

looking into Alexpcs card's right now, there was another card provider which I can't find any longer on OCT.
