Yes - Corporate Tax filling is included as well as everything around that to remain 0% Corporate Tax.

We have hired Accounting Manager and Accounting Assistant - sending out Corporate Tax Questionnaire to our existing clients to start making discovery calls with every single existing client.

Thanks for this very good question @azb1 !

Hey Fred, could you look into my case please?

I'm a Chinese citizen and resident currently running an e-commerce business as a sole trader. I'm considering forming a company in the UAE. My operations are entirely online, split between a Europe-based e-commerce platform and a UAE-based cryptocurrency trading website.

The Europe-based platform is my primary means of receiving fiat funds, and it would be preferable for me to have an SEPA bank account for my e-commerce business. On the UAE site, I only trade cryptocurrencies, with no fiat involved. However, the UAE site does not support businesses registered in the UAE or the USA. Given this, I'm uncertain about how best to register or operate on the UAE site following the transition to a UAE company.

All my employees are based in China. I'm also considering whether it would be beneficial to form a separate company in China for consultation purposes following the UAE company setup.

I have several questions I'm hoping to get some advice on:

  1. Is it feasible or advisable to continue using the UAE site under my personal name, even after forming a UAE company?
  2. What potential tax implications or legal issues might arise from continuing to trade cryptocurrencies on the UAE site as an individual, while running other parts of the business as a UAE company?
  3. Given the preference for a SEPA bank account, are there specific considerations or steps I should take during the transition from a sole trader to a company, especially in terms of banking arrangements? Should I form another company just to register on the European platform so I can have SEPA banking?
  4. Considering my Chinese residency and the fact that my workers are in China, would it be advisable to set up a separate company in China for consultation after the UAE company setup?
Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi Fred,

June 2024 both my residence visa + emirates ID will be expiring so I would like to renew both of these. Do you assist with this or is it simple enough that I can do it myself? I imagine I will have to spend a week or 2 in Dubai to renew everything? I tried searching the forum regarding this topic but couldn't find the answer.

thanks again

Hi @Fred,

When I look in my personal UAE bank account, it shows:

1. Permanent address
2. Residence address
3. Courier address

Do you know the difference between the first two addresses (permanent and residence addresses)?

Should we add the UAE address to all of these addresses? For example, Airbnb/hotel? Or is the "permanent address" our actual home address? For example, German address.

Because right now, I have the "German" address in my "permanent address", and it shows me in the personal bank details under the "CRS option":

"Based on your profile details in our records, are you a tax residence of the following countries Germany? Yes/No."

I think it got that information because I added my "German address" to the permanent address.

Thanks.

Hi Fred, I haven't been able to get a reply back from Dina for a month, just wondering if everything was alright?

Tried to get a reply from Fred as well, but no reply in one and a half months on telegram. Hope everything is alright because I had only good experience with him since 2 years ago when I started using his service. @Fred everything alright on your end?

I have also not had any luck reaching him over telegram since the whole Corp tax debacle...
