@Fred , are you able to tell me if it is possible to avoid the UBO, Director and secretary(if required) to show up anywhere public in the Dubai company? Any service you offer?

Yes that's possible - no public Company Register.
When you are referring to Nominee Services - this happens only in a Professional Way with second layer payment monitoring in Cooperation with a Law Firm.
We don't use random guys from the street as Nominees as a serious established CSP in Dubai.

Hey, what's up guys. Wanted to leave a quick review here. I found this thread a few months ago, as I was thinking about doing something like this, but I was definitely too afraid to take the step without someone professional to guide me. And honestly I don't really trust random companies unless they have reviews on forums or Google or whatever. So that's another reason I chose DLS than some random company on Google first page. Just seemed too difficult without professional guidance and such. But when I saw how many reviews and whatever was on this forum for DLS, I decided to give it a shot myself. I think the pricing is reasonable as it doesn't seem too cheap or too expensive. I'm pretty sure there's also a bunch of other companies that provide similar services which are on YouTube with big channels but from what I've seen, their pricing would be vastly higher for likely similar service. So I think I made a good choice with this one in terms of value to cost ratio.
So I've been working with DLS since mid November. We've just about got done setting up pretty much everything and I'm just wrapping up in Dubai right now and I would say the experience has been worth taking the effort and time for. This company seems relatively well-connected in this region, and generally all of the processes go pretty smoothly. The only issues we encountered were software issues with the banks themselves rather than actual issues related to processing or DLS. Took about 4 weeks in Dubai to finish everything. For most of this time basically it's just waiting for processing of various things like bank stuff so it's just free time about 95%+ of the time during this month in Dubai. Their knowledge also seems pretty good so I would definitely give my recommendation to use this company for your needs. Just make sure to do your own research as well as I'm sure everyone here is from different countries and I'm sure each country has different rules and such as well.

Just want to add here that you did decided to stay in Dubai till the Business Bank Compliance is done as well - this can be potentially done remote as well - general speaking it's good that you spend some time here to get a feeling for Dubai and to make yourself familiar with how things work here in practice however it's not necessary to say 1 month in Dubai unless you really want to like in your case.

Just want to add here that you did decided to stay in Dubai till the Business Bank Compliance is done as well - this can be potentially done remote as well - general speaking it's good that you spend some time here to get a feeling for Dubai and to make yourself familiar with how things work here in practice however it's not necessary to say 1 month in Dubai unless you really want to like in your case.

Yes - 2 of our clients did so far already - however they both had first the Residence Visa through there own company as this is more straightforward in terms of bank account openings.

Hello, I would like to move to Dubai from Portugal with my mom and brother (he is a minor) so was looking for the best option and maybe is opening a company for my mom and then she can sponsor my brother, our father is not moving with us but he approve it so for what I read a No objection letter it's necessary, but need to be approved on the UAE embassy at the home country, but currently the UAE embassy is closed here on Portugal, does this mean my mom won't be able to sponsor my brother until is re-open?
And is my mom able to open a company without previous bank statements, as she is been a housewife without University studies? or that would be impossible? she is helping me always at home my work is related to youtube/crypto so maybe a marketing advising company? I suppose this is something can be discuss on a call, but prior contacting for a call would like to know if would be possible to sponsor my little brother, as the embassy is closed here in Portugal.
Oh and another thing would my dad need to travel to dubai for any documents for my brother? hopefully is not necessary because he agree with us moving there but doesn't seems like he will agree to travel by air anytime for this.
