its been 20 days, i requested a swift transfer, and my funds are on hold, they asked for complete money trail, which i provided, even then their department keeps giving boiler plate excuses, not recommeneded at all, for BIG amounts such as more than 20k usd.
so
so after 25 days, of calling them every day, its finally processed, only after i raised a Formal Complaint to the financial Ombudsman, NOMO bank is highly regulated bank, with very strict SOPS.
