Nominee's in the U.K

Hi,

is it legal to use Nominee's for a UK LTD?

if yes, does it fully protect ID of UBO, or is there a way to get to UBO ?

Just making sure that if I use a nominee there is no way to get to UBO.
I don't think opening a bank account in UK is an option as I'm not UK resident.

Sure it's legal.
You will not be published in any public register.
But you're still the BO. The Bank will know you.

What youre looking for is probably a fiduciary service that act as BO too.

I found the answer:

In the U.K even if using a nominee service, as UBO you still appear in public register under PSC (person with significant control)

so there is no way to be completely hidden

The best thing to do would be to pay someone you trust to be the "face" in everything. This way you are never seen but have access to Bank accounts and profits etc but never appear anywhere...
