Nominee Structured Company set up -Europe.

I am looking for assistance with how to set up companies with a Nominee director.
The counties I am interested in exploring are Poland, Germany, Croatia and Romania preferably, But open to looking across Europe.
The Set up i need must include physical bank accounts. The quotes I have had have been very high. Can anyone recommend a good, inexpensive service provider?

The easiest and cheapest way is to separate the two: get the nominee separately from the company and don’t tell the corporate service provider you are using a nominee.
