Have been using offshorecorpgroup.com several times, never had any issues with that. However, shady websites‌ may not be the only reason why you should opt out on an service provider.‍

I have seen service providers with the most fancy websites and they screwed me while⁠ some of the providers with the most simple back in 90's websites have been great.⁤

So where did you setup this offshore company? I would say the agent that setup your‍ company will be able to provide you with a nominee director and shareholder if required!⁠

Which country do you need the nominee director to be a resident of, and what‌ do you need him to do? Are you aware that the residency of the director‍ might make your company taxable in that jurisdiction by 'the place of effective management and⁠ control' in coordinance with OECD ruling. Do you only need director or a shareholder too?⁤

Yeah I ordered my Cyprus company with nominee director and shareholder today! The director can‌ sign documents and provide ID for payment processing once company is setup!

Is using a nominee a risk for the company formation? In other words, is it‌ possible that the nominee director can snoop into your business or bank account if they‍ want in future? or take control of your bank account? dont they have that right⁠ since they give their own details?? (sorry for stupid question)
