Nominee director in Bulgaria or Romania

Not considered tax reasons, purely safety reasons and practical reasons:
Bulgaria or Romania for a nominee director?

And anyone knows any trustworthy director providers in one of these countries?

I work since 2017 with one company provider for nominee in Sofia, no complains and‌ a good professional level . I don’t know If I’m allowed to name the website‍ ? Just google sr-management in Sofia.

OP because you have already a company there or why would you need a nominee‌ there?

I have a company in another country. I need to move it. I can not‌ be the director myself for which I have my reasons.

I've read several of your posts... I'm frustrated that I don't‍ know what happened to your business "migration" ha ha... and if you finally found a⁠ solution that works for you?

Ps: I'm a jurist and I'm glad I found this⁤ site. I always enjoy reading or talking to lawyers who think outside the box.
