I need to incorporate a passtrough New Mexico llc to hold assets overseas, I need to know which documents are important to apostillate. In particular I would like to know where the apostille can be obtained in New Mexico, as the main representative agents I have contacted or not they apostille or ask crazy sums. Someone who has already used the apostille service can give me names and addresses?

usually you go to your local embassy and get it done there or a local certified notary service. It's really not difficult.
