I need to incorporate a passtrough New Mexico llc to hold assets overseas, I need to know which documents are important to apostillate. In particular I would like to know where the apostille can be obtained in New Mexico, as the main representative agents I have contacted or not they apostille or ask crazy sums. Someone who has already used the apostille service can give me names and addresses?
