Hello Everyone,
Have spent a few weeks trawling through a morass of offshore company advice but all written by people offering offshore company formation services etc - then found this forum and after hitting the thread limit for non-members, I had to sign up.
Personally, I am looking to set up an offshore company to carry out a consultancy business. Obviously, I would prefer to use the services of nominee director and nominee shareholder as domicile country wants to tax worldwide income (so far as I have read) and this is a side job that may prove lucrative. Like everybody else, I don't want to bring too much / any connection between my "onshore" affairs and offshore activities.
So far, it looks like an interesting and helpful community with a lot of information and expertise - I hope to learn a lot from you all.
