Hello all,

I run a telegram group for nomads and investors and a Panama offshore consulting business for Korean clients, but I also helped some other foreigners.
My main line of business is permanent residency, Panama personal/corporate bank account openings, Panama incorporation, ready-made accounts with bank accounts, banking license, etc.
I just formed a UK LLP but I wasn't able to get any service from bank and EMI, number of reasons why.
I've already checked out Turner Little but I found out the UK is impossible for non-residents.
My personal account got closed by TW because my business account is denied for being undesirable, and I saw some threads here related to that as well.


I am trying to help a client who runs a viagra business, his competitors keep reporting his account to freeze and close.
Am I allowed to ask for advice in this forum related to this matter?

Your client should not say he is selling Viagra or any pharmaceutical products.
How does‌ he take payment?

Nice to talk to you on the forum,⁠ I have sent you a mail before and some telegram chat.
He does not expose⁤ that to the EMI when he is using the accounts that he buys from people,⁣
But then the competitors pretend to buy something, find his IBAN account and report it⁢ to the bank that they are using it for pharma, and he gets closed.
His competitors won't stop and I think this is a perpetual problem with no solution.
I was just wondering if anything has changed since few years ago.

Anything Pharmaceutical is a problem more than Adult content.

Everyone I spoke to was not‌ interested in anything Pharmaceutical he is best to look at taking crypto.
