Honestly who on earth wants to establish a company there? Especially as more and more alternatives to stripe etc arrive
I paid a company earlier using a Saudi version of stripe (pay trendI think it was called) in the ME and GS there's more and more fintechs coming online which allow transactions for western end clients without all the hassle and taxes that go with establishing a western vehicle
And with new eu rules requiring VAT when selling direct to EU end users and surely similar for the UK, US, Cad in the future it doesn't make sense as most of it will be covered anyway from banking to tax etc with less friction.
