Need to register a new company preferable in Europe, Cyprus because of most customers come from Europe.

I sell worldwide and have made no limitation on who can buy from me also I'm in talk with a payment processor who require a EU company in order to help with the payment processing forthe website.

So where do I start and what costs will I have to pay?

You simply need to figure out what your requirements are ie do you need any nominees, will you just need the company or do you also need a bank account (which is the most common to do) and finally do you need a VAT registration as well.

I have explored thisforum and it seems to be Cyprus to have the lowest tax in Europe and even no tax, so, tell me, why will I need nominees?

Yes I do need a bank account can this be in Cyprus or must it be in another country?

You will most often only need a nominee director or shareholder for a Cyprus company if the goal is privacy means your personal details will not be listed public anywhere.
