New company naming and taxation

I will open third company in Wyoming

Is naming as ( xxxxx Holdings LLC ) is better and no consequences?

Or better to name it as ( xxxxx Corporation LLC ) and no consequences?


And on taxes if this new company will be owned by one of my current companies is there any tax problems may happen?

Just to mention that im not US and dont live in US

Company name almost never matters in⁠ this context.

Probably no more problems than you already might've had.
