Nevis + Wyoming formation?

Hi,

I formed an offshore HoldCo LLC & Trust in Nevis and my intention is now to operate from a different jurisdiction that allows flexibility in terms of Banking solutions & Payment processors. More specifically, i would like to form an offshore operating LLC either in Wyoming, Delaware or New Mexico, and appoint both myself and the Nevis LLC as directors.

Any thoughts on why this wouldn't work out?
