Neteller Card - Bitcoin Topup Issue

Anyone could confirm if this solution works:

1. Create and verify Neteller account01, issue virtual card
2. Create neteller account02, topup balance using bitcoin and sent money to account01
3. On account01 use funds from step2

Does Neteller allows you to top up your account using Crypto actually ?

yes - BTC and BCH supported for 2.5% fee and using their‍ "internal" rate

I didn't knew that, I have had a Neteller account for‍ 7 or 8 years but never really used it.

If that is the case, what⁠ would stop you from doing what you picture in point 1 - 3 ?

probably nothing... seems doable, but‍ can't confirm that since I never tried - depends on the volume since paysafe are⁠ sometimes unpredictable...
