Neteller Card - Bitcoin Topup Issue

Anyone could confirm if this solution works:

1. Create and verify Neteller account01, issue virtual card
2. Create neteller account02, topup balance using bitcoin and sent money to account01
3. On account01 use funds from step2

yes - BTC and BCH supported for 2.5% fee and using their "internal" rate

I didn't knew that, I have had a Neteller account for 7 or 8 years but never really used it.

If that is the case, what would stop you from doing what you picture in point 1 - 3 ?

probably nothing... seems doable, but can't confirm that since I never tried - depends on the volume since paysafe are sometimes unpredictable...
