Offshore has different meanings, most ppl here seem to ant to be able to use banking like facilities.

Anonymous banking is a myth, most jurisdictions will require the identity of the UBO (owner). You can use a trust, but that doesn't help in all jurisdictions. Exchange of information to the account holders tax-residency will be the norm from 2018 on wards, with a few exceptions.

The solution might be relatively 'easy' do not open a bank account, open an e-money account instead. These fall outside the info sharing arangements.

You can use (corporate):

LeuPay.eu (Malta, free account opening, prepaid mastercard onetime fee EUR 8, and max 25 IBANs)
account opening takes about a week, the cc another 2 weeks.

PaySera.com (Lithouania, free account opening, prepaid visa one time fee EUR 8, monthly 50 cts, multiple IBANs)
account opening takes days, the cc about 2 weeks. You can get several visa prepaids, and you can choose a printable name on these!. PaySera also does payment clearing for payments.

If you want a free personal pre-paid mastercard, you might check out Revolut.com (UK), they sent worldwide.

If you like to have a UK bank sort code, check out Monese.com (UK), you pay GBP 5 a month, you get a free visa prepaid with it, and you have an account to offload your paypal too. Money can then be either transfered or taken out by visa.

Great research OP, do you know if you need to visit the bank in order to open an account or can this be done remote? Also, do they accept offshore corps. for instant from Belize, Seychelles, Dominica or only domestic companies.

Everything can be opened remote. As for offshore cops, you might ask them.

Isn't it a bad idea to create or own a company in United Kingdom now after what they've done with their alliance in European Union? I think some investors would be scared already investing a lot of money in United kingdom after such recent events.

I think the exact opposite, because they are not part of the EU soon any longer it is a great idea to get a company established in the UK and banking somewhere else. I believe soon they will be a new tax haven for expats.

You need someone to walk to the bank in the UK. I don't know if they will accept your UK lawyer walking to the bank and open the account for you.

I try actually Paysera:
For open personnal account all can be done in 1 business days ( submit somes documents ).
For company account it's fast too, 1 business day if you submit good documents. For Hong-Kong company it's good.
You can ask VISA after validation.

I wait for validation of payment gateway for accept VISA and Mastercard on a website.

For bank transfer, i have send somes money on the IBAN of my Paysera account, it's fast.

Are they a good bank for account opening? I mean do they ask lot's of questions or is it a straight forward process to work with them?

i don't use Paysera because they don't accept visa and mastercard if your company is in outside of EU. Then you can't propose Visa/Mastercard with Paysera if you have a non-EU company.

I think it's good if you have an EU company.

I use Stripe and Paypal.
