Need UK LTD/LLP for Stripe/PayPal and with some anonymity (or may be darks)

Searching for service that can provide nominee shareholders for LLP/LTD in UK.
Starting some legal online business and need recurrent payments by PayPal/Stripe, but have some problem with residence - Russia =)

What do you think guys about that scheme:
2 x Seychelles companies as UK LLP ? is it working scheme or not?

as more stable options, might exist accordingly as per service/category type.

the indicated paypal/stripe are sensitive in nature, and regardless of Entity of choice, a future freeze,requests for more docs,invoices,POF, etc would at somepoint be at the forefront.

with residence stated as russia, you would require a setup that masks usage and longterm capabilities..
