Need to C2B bank account for IT service in EU

Hello! We need to accept payments from customers (EU). This is an IT service (selling subscription with trend analyzes). We don't have company yet. So we need to open C2B bank account and company for it. Maybe somebody can help to open company with bank account or only bank account? In which jurisdiction more convinient tо open (EU)? Or may be you already have experience how to open pleаse share
