Hello there,

Please be informed that one of my close friends has a flow of incoming funds weekly/monthly on a US bank account, which needs to be exchanged to crypto (BTC).

The exchanger needs to provide W9 form for the bank to initiate the transfer to his account if it's not a S Corporation inside US.

If anyone is willing to do the exchange, please let me know with his offer (the markup %), so we can discuss it.

It would be 50K or 100K each part.

It is 100% Clean and legit. No Fraud or Stolen Funds, Just the company cannot easily open accounts with exchangers and also there are limited choices in this case as everything has become more strict and everywhere has very low limits, making it impossible to exchange big amounts.

I guess Kraken does not provide services to them becasue of their State or the account couldn't get fully verified for unlimited transactions for any reason.

Kraken has no limitations on the State of incorporation. They should explain the reason why they can't open the account with Kraken, which is very accommodating and easy to work with.

Apparantely, They used to work with Kraken but they started to limit them on the transactions, and constantly freezing the accoun, most likely becasue of the nationality of the company owners I guess ...

and it make it hard for them to work with these exchanges and prefer to do Over the counter trades. that's what I know but I am 100% sure that the funds are clear, coming from their own corporate bank account.

Im afraid that I can't disclose this, but I guess not being american + being a citizen of a country that US don't like so much would be enough for any trouble 😀

They have been working for over a year now and always had to exchange their money over the counter after being disappointed with main stream exchanges

How do you think anyone can help you if you don't disclose such an important piece of information?

I can even share the company's name, details and you can look it up yourself and know about the owner (Director), but in Private message if you can see a potential partnership, but please consider the fact that I cannot disclose everything publicly in the forum.
With trusted users like you, yeah, but I guess me not willing to share it here publicly would be understandable.

Ok, but owners are not from blacklisted orsanctioned countries. It's most probably them not being Native American or simply their bad luck or any other red flags for these exchanges that they don't even know themselves.

Now everyone is curious to know what is their citizenship. I don't think that disclosing this would cause any privacy issue.
We already know that they are not US citizens, that they are not native Americans (Indians), and that they are not from Russia, North Korea, Afghanistan, Iran etc. The only non-sanctioned country I can think of that could raise red flags is the Holy See. Those naughty crypto-cardinals started to accept donations in xmr?

Poland.

Anyone can help us with this?

Funds coming from a legit and active US company to your US personal or corporate account, exchanging to BTC with a markup % and provide us with any crypto or BTC.

Funds are clean and while the funds come from third party accounts, agreement between the account holder and the person responsible for these exchanges + selfie or video can be provided.

There is no reason why Kraken should not accept a Polish citizen.

For sure not until you thoroughly analyze and disclose all the reasons why Kraken rejected your friend.

As far as I know, the difference is that if the receiving account is a personal or LLC account, the sending bank would require a W9 form, but if the receiving account is "S Corporation", it would be much easier for the transfer and the bank would not require a W9 form.

Honestly, the only thing I know is that I've known my friend for more than a decade now and I know for sure that his funds and business are clean, but have not ever questioned him that much about it becasue I'm not simply that kind of person.
As he was actively looking for such a thing, I thought that someone may be able to give some advice or help in this forum and I told him that I would try, but yeah It's understandable that without sufficient details and reasoning no one can do such a thing.
