Need offshore corp for Adult / P**N site

Is it a good idea to incorporate or have an adult business on an offshore‌ country? Can you share how would it work? Since some countries are strict as hell‍ with their policies and regulations and i don't know if its good to have an⁠ adult business but i think it could give you a lot of money if you⁤ do it right since its an never ending amount of people watching those kind of⁣ videos haha

In fact, most of the time, the issue⁢ is related to the registered agent who impose you their rules. It is quite crazy︀ to see that today, criminal codes are more openminded that registered agents.
When i talked︁ about jurisdictions previously, i talked about Belize, however i didn't find anything against P**N in︂ Belize legislation.

Verotel, Epoch Systems and CCBILL are the major Adult payment processors around. Do you tried‌ to apply for an account with CCBILL for your Seychelles company?

No i dont try, i look up for the best partner first. But i can‌ tell you more about this.
First i asked if seychelles is allowed and he tell‍ me : You must have company in the same country where you are from.
I asked him if i'm living in France and have company at seychelles it's allowed ?⁠ He answer me : No it's not allowed but you can have bank account in⁤ other country.
I told him that i can not create company in france because taxe⁣ fee was too big and and after that he told me that Seychelles is allowed.⁢
So yes he told me that seychelles are allowed but he tell me that when︀ i say him good bye so not 100%

I think offshore countries are a waste of time. It is better to incorporate in‌ Cyprus so that you will be sure that all the high risk payment gateways will‍ work so that you didn't incorporate and open a bank account for nothing.

I have to agree with @dotbloup - however, I want to try to setup something‌ with a Belize and Seychelles company just out of personal interest. I got really excited‍ when I just found out how to get setup with 2co and PayPal not I⁠ want to try other alternatives just to proof that some of the thousands of posts⁤ are totally wrong and they seem to be fake.

Also please note that everytime you⁣ mention a payment gateway, company or other on this forum they visit and check what's⁢ about! So be careful what you post. Just noticed this with Payza!

After some research, i think verotl (cardbllng are the same company) offers the best payment‌ solution (more traditional method), what bothers me with cbil is their payment ticket system not‍ very professional. But verotl costs 500€ at start.

Yup I know, was⁠ not meant as I wanted to open an account for Adult with PP or 2co⁤ but I want to try to setup a SC corp and banking with CCBILL and⁣ then Verotel just to see if it will work, I think it will.

Yes but Ccbl is not possible, you can not live in one country and have‌ bank account in other country ... For example if you are French, you must have‍ your company and your bank account in france, offshore account is not possible... ( i⁠ know that after talk with cbll support )

In the past it was possible to use‍ a offshore company for instant in Cyprus and even Belize did you asked them for⁠ such countries or maybe Gibraltar and BVI ?

I consider to send them a ticket⁤ to ask and see what the outcome is, since I know a few people using⁣ ccbill for years and back then they opened the account with a Cyprus company.

I just send them an support ticket, according to CCBILL EU European Payment Processing |‌ Global Billing Services | CCBill.com they accept 32 EU countries and Cyprus is part of‍ the EU so they should allow that as well as Gibraltar and BVI!

At support ticket, they say me the same that you but when i send a‌ mail to trading support they tell that :" We also do work with merchants in‍ France and it is no issue to have your bank account in Cyprus. If your⁠ business is registered in Cyprus, though, you will need to ensure that the principal owner⁤ of the account can provide ID for that country."
But if i am owner of⁣ bank account in cyprus i dont have ID for that country.
