What offshore company is best for an adult website selling online subscriptions to Adults?

The website is already done now we just need to get a company and banking to get started.

We considering Cyprus for company and Latvia for banking do you think that will work?

I know that ccbill.com and verotel are all open for offshore corps and they are the major Adult payment processors in your industry.

If you depend on any of these processors i.e. verotel or ccbill you will either need a European or US company before you apply. They are limited by Visa and MC to only offer their services to these regions.

Cyprus and Delaware would be great suggestions here.

OP did you find a solution, otheriwse PM me, I may have found something, some workaround to get this done 😉

You can contact Verotel or CCBILL and ask them if they still accept Seychelles or Belize corps. if negative, ask them what countries they accept, they may have a list so you can pick one from the list to check if it would be a valid offshore jurisdiction to incorporate your business.

You found something OP? - if not I may tell you that you can use a Belize company and CCBILL that will work for you and your business.

It can Work but why do you want to use a bank in Latvia? any particular reason for this...

Have found any solution regarding to this OP? If yes, could you share me about it? I would like to know it too since I'm living in 3rd tier country as well

Would like to know what you have figured out too.. is there any limitations on CCBILL in regards to what company type they accept, someone knows?

This the best solution in this situation.
You have choices to get offshore company from many countries , so better ask them what country they allow

I think there is CCBILL Europe and CCBILL USA so you need to figure out where your offshore corp belongs to.

Yes many Adult webmasters hold accounts for several reasons in Latvia but that's most often because they can't find any other bank accepting their business. Today I think even Latvia banks stopped accepting Adult business and they had to camouflage their business to proceed there.

I heard nice reviews about CCBill. Some of the banks in Latvia already tighten their security on new accounts that receives money from adult business.

Use the one offshore company in the country where rules are not that much Strict otherwise you May have some problems

Jurisdictions:
Many jurisdictions don't want adult businesses: Seychelles, Belize in particular.

Many offshore agents don't accept adult businesses:

Many banks don't want it too

My advice:

Tell noone that you have any adult activities. It does not help to tell anyone that you are in the adult biz except an attorney to protect yourself from legal proceedings.
Read criminal laws from different countries.
Have a non adult clean cover for your business.
The payment gateway will protect your anonymity. (example ccbill)
On bank statement the bank don't see your customers but payment gateways records.
Don't tell any banks that you sell adult. They will see payment gateways amount cashed in to your bank account which is not related to adult whatsoever.
Take into account precedence, court behavior & laws.

In This case, Gibraltar, Jersey, Cyprus & Mauritius should be ok. Many people over react with adult. However, there are few cases of websites taken down or stories of seized P**N companies anywhere in the world.

I totally agree with @dotbloup doing it that way get you much better chances to get it all done. You may even prepare a website for this purpose that does not have anything Adult related.

How come there are a lot of people interested in creating an offshore business with regards to a P**N site? Are P**N sites very efficient in terms of raking so much income?

Sure, Adult websites don't make money as before but people may have part of their income coming from P**N and other things... I think that there are few people today who only make money out of P**N.

The problem is that if you mention in your business description to a registered agent or a bank that part of your money comes from P**N or any adult business that's the problem. It is better not to tell it.
