I own a Cyrpus company for 7 months and was wondering how I can do tax optimizing, I'm Spain resident now. Who do I have to contact to get help?

What you will need to look into is the double tax treaty that Cyprus may‌ (or may not) have with Spain. Other I would consult a tax consultant in Spain‍ to help you with this task, most often it isn't that difficult to set things⁠ up legally.
