Need help to cash out

Hi all,

Need advice. I got 15 prepaid card with 450 euros in each card.
They are in my hand but i don't have the pin for ATM. They are mine but the guy who has registered them in the portal of the card debit issuer left me without giving me datas.
Well do you have any idea to cash out it s around 7k euros at all.

This sounds really strange! That said, you can open a revolut account and load it‌ with each of the card's.

Pretty easy to do. I believe you can do this‍ with most EMI providers, no need to have the pin code.

I know how it sounds but the fact is that is not so much.
I ll try to open account on revolut then. Thanks for the help
