Now I got a picture on it, what's the fastest way to get darks and a UK or Cyprus company?

You can either buy a ready-made setup i.e. Cyprus company + darks and all incorporation documents from one of the providers around ange¤%& or you can simply buy the darks as I read you already have done from me, and get the company setup yourself.

Cyprus is a perfect place for such setups because no one has really any attention on what is going on there!

You can find darks everywhere : web, darknet, here seems too.
My tip is make a move into your relationships, i mean for example if you know a store that sells mobile phone plans, then he got what you need😉. I say that because one point is important for darks : they need to be FRESH and not previously USED.

I had 2 accounts blocked with emi LEOPAY and TW. We all used the same dark, when one made something wrong , we all have been blocked ( of course i understood after ).
