I don't believe there is any bank in the UK that will open an account for a US LLC which may obvious be a shelf company.
To have any luck with this I would say you will need to consult a UK attorney or law firm that is able to help you prepare some sort of good business plan and a really good business profile. Personal visit may also be required.

I know that personal visit is require. I opened similar account in .CZ but it was terrible (transations etc). For next company I need open account in english language country(EU) so UK is my best option.

I would lower your expectation if your not at google or amazon level and can get access to a UK investment banking relationship. Not even private banks in UK want US LLC's and retail (high street) banks certainly not. However would love to know if others have had luck.
