Thank you for this awesome forum and to all participating, it's a pleasure to meet you.

I'm from China, me and my business partner want to enter the European marked and have been advised to incorporate a BVI or Gibraltar company by our local tax guy.

Since I have been searching for information and alternatives and finally found this forum which seems to discuss exact what I'm looking for.

Can someone please shed some light on which solution may suite us best, BVI, Gibraltar or Cyprus offshore company?

If you have some information to share about why this or that please help.

The short version is, to enter the European market I would suggest you to look into a Cyprus company because of several reasons and some of them are, a Cyprus company pays the lowest tax in Europe, it is part of the European Union, it is a recognized jurisdiction, no embargo's, nor trade restrictions.

That said I would like to know:

What exactly are you going to trade?

What will be your business activity?

Will you trade online or "offline"?

Do you want to move to the jurisdiction?

So Cyprus is the best company for European activity as I read you, it's fabulous, thanks.

We are into some import/export business of food.

We will only trade offline no need for going online yet.

We will not move to the jurisdiction it's not planned at least.
