Why Panama? Do you need both the company and the bank account there, or do‌ you only need the bank account to be in Panama?

I found that 90% of our competitors are having their companies there, also our business⁠ is considered high-risk so I think panama or seychelles would be the best option.

Hey,

You will be facing constant troubles with the Panama entity when you come to‌ bank/EMI for account opening. Such jurisdiction doesn't have a good reputation, only red flags.

I would suggest registering your company in UAE or another non-blacklisted country.

Use a BVI corp with a Panama Bank? Probably easier to just buy a BVI‌ shelf of someone....

UAE, Cyprus and UK maybe be a better choice if you need banking. Do you‌ have any idea what EMI or Bank you can use for your Panama company?
