if i wanted to legally change my entire name but only after i have decided to open an offshore bank account, what do i need to do so the bank and i wont have any problems? what would be the smoothest way to do this? if someone legally changed their name but only after opening an offshore bank account, what problems might they encounter with the banks?

I agree, simply ask your provider of the offshore company to change the name for you. There may be a fee to get this change done, but it's an easy process.
