if someone opens an offshore bank account but later legally changes their entire name, how can they go about explaining this to offshore banking officials? can someone please tell me. thank you.

Pretty straight forward process of doing so. They simply stat to send the passport and‌ a utility bill along with a bank statement that all show the new name. So‍ for the name change you will get some documents from the officials in your country⁠ these will have to be submitted to the bank as well as some description about⁤ what it all is about.

I don't believe it to be a complicated process. I⁣ have never tried it of course.

That someone could simply send them their new passport copy and utility bill notarized⁠ and they will be fine.!!

You need a simple form for name change, ask your agent to get this done!‌

I agree, simply ask your provider of the offshore company to change the name for‌ you. There may be a fee to get this change done, but it's an easy‍ process.
