MY potential setup

Hey fellas
I've been reading many threads and posts here over the last few days but I'm still not sure on how to setup my things.
I sell digital products. ~ 70% of my customers are from USA.
I need to use Paypal and a payment processor like 2checkout / Stripe.
I want to avoid AOEI and CRS reporning my info back to my country's IRS ( Eu Country - Romania).
Also I need a way to avoid being sued ( due to the items that I'm selling ex: Instagram likes). It's a small chance of that happening, but I'd like to make sure it doesn't happen.

I'd like to avoid having to use Darks.
I talked with an agent and he recommended Seychelles or Belize.

Wouldn't a UAE corp be better for this? Or a HK one.
Or a Scotland Limited Partneship having 2 partners 2 new offshore corp (maybe in Seychelles)
In this case the Bank acc and EMI accounts would be on the SLP or on the offshore corp that are partners? or I will still show up as UBO?
Or maybe another format of a trust ? I'm open to suggestions
Also if you can sell me the thing that you will recommend, feel free to send me a offer/price as well.

2. a.How can I withdraw the money to my country? The only way to avoid taxes would be to use debit cards and to WD from ATMs?
b. How about withdrawing legally ? I'd have to create a company here and this company would invoice the offshore for some services and pay for for those services hence me bringing the money legally in my country and here to pay the proper taxes.
c. By using dividents and pay 5% taxes in my country for them. ??? I think this would be the best choice.
Thank you.
If I use the C variant do I still need to bother with AOEI and CRS reporting the bank account to the Romanian Tax system?

Other pluses No accounting & No audit
So far Variant C seems more appealing and seems more legit as well. Am I wrong? In what country should I make the offshore if so?
Looking forward in getting some answers.
Thank you

Obvious it will, you will have a legal setup which can be backed up by a local tax lawyer.

Since you won't like to use darks and the jurisdictions world wide are limited to nothing then I would recommend to go with a legal structure. How much money are you considering to put through your setup here?

Idk 100k-200k a year, hopefully more.
I heard that the TAX Office will try and set the income tax on this differently not as offshore, so they could charge 30% not 5%.
Need to look into it, but seems in my country this kind of info isn't publicly available, and can't find experts in this matter.

they will try everything what is in their power to empty your pockets and they won't stop there. That's why it is very important to have a LOCAL tax lawyer by hand, a good one, pay him to help you with this setup, so it may work.

May I ask you if you have contact to a local tax lawyer or advisor?
