As what i studied on this forum and my contact with them, i think flag thoery is more reliable, but both of them are not scam. My situation is to find a bank account for my startup P**N business, flag thoery honestly told me that they dont have a solution yet, while tunerlittle reply logic is if they keep pass my application from bank to bank , sure there will be one must accepts the application. But there is situation that the result comes out failure even they tried from one bank to another.

And did they charge you for︀ a single bank introduction or kept charging you for every new one? 😀 In the end,︁ answer to this question doesn't matter a lot, as you won't get accepted by 99.99%︂ of traditional banks. Your best option would be to go for Paxum or similar EMI.︃ Forget about opening a real bank account at least for the time being.
There are a few other threads about both on this forum. The key issue in your case is the Adult business you are into and not any service provider. Most banks don't accept Adult business and for that reason you will be rejected even if someone had most of all banks in the network.
