My company setup offshore for online business what do I need?

For long time I have visit this forum but only reading not posting 🙂 Now I think Im ready to proceed to setup a offshore company for my business.


what I need:


- Offshore company with as much anonymity as possible


- Bank account can be Cyprus cna be anywhere


- Merchant account for credit card processing preferable in Europe


- Debit Card to withdraw money from ATM


So where do you think would be best to open my offshore company? Is there anything I need to be aware of?

Do you have any requirements in regards to accounting or payment processor?

I have been busy during the last 6 months so I hadn't the time to reply. 2co.com is fine also moneybookers or alternative similar payment processors will do it. I'm not in a hurry as you may have noticed 🙂
