Moving offshore asset to my name using eikon or bloomberg terminal ( anonymously trading)

Is it possible to transfer my offshore asset stock ,etf to my name using Eikon or Bloomberg terminal.
I heard they have some anonymous feature for trading?
Is it possible ?
Or I get it wrong ?
