Moving money from Sweden

Hi! A friend asked me for a secure way to move 3 million SEK. From a Swedish Bank to another country. And he wants to pay as little tax as possible. Sorry their are off course a lot of good answers in the forum. But he needs the help within 24 hours. Any suggestion?

I have another account but been hacked and lost access. Thanks for all the help i can get.

Secure in what sense? What is the purpose of the transfer?

SEK is not a‌ controlled currency. There are no taxes incurred simply for moving the money out of the‍ country.
