Move money from closed icard (leopay) account

Hello,

I have some money on an icard/leopay USD account closed on their own initiative. They ask me to provide them with an official IBAN statement from my bank (EU or another reputable jurisdiction bank) with a stamp of the bank and a signature in order to transfer the balance.

Could you guys pls let me know what'd be my options to move the money (50k) without raising questions?

Also they said they don't issue transfers in USD (which they used to), which is problematic because the currency conversion will result in a 8-10% loss, any way around this?

More details :

I registered a business account with leopay back in 2017 which was used to receive paypal payments. Since then my society has been dissolved to avoid reporting my earnings to the state.

Last summer during the leopay to icard migration their "team" asked me a recent certificate of incorporation, I sent the documents and they decided to close my account as my society was dormant. They gave me two months to transfer the money, I should have been proactive but I stupidly waited until they recently closed the access to my account.

I was planning to open a TW account to withdraw the money but I decide against it after having done a few searches on this forum.

Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!
