Moroccan company for sale (4 years, with bank account)

Hi guys,
I own a moroccan company since 2020. Legit, with one employee (can be fired if needed but it adds substance ).
With moroccan bank account.
Has anyone interest to buy it? It's currently maintained in casablanca in a domiciliation company.
 
it has been used for so called 'offshore' activities, meaning services given to other country (call center in this case).
It was still tax free this year and i think it remains 1.5 years.
 
beside the 0% corporate tax, there is a 15% tax on dividend and there was some incentive for the employee (meaning nearly no cost for company beside the basic wage) but this is over (was only during 3 years).

The most interesting here is to be able to get a company with lower taxes and substance for a low price (as wages are really low)
 
Hello, The company in question has the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Income Statement for the last 4 years?
 
Well, it was maintained correctly with accountance and annual report, so everything should indeed be available.
 
I'm looking for a company that is already established and has a history. If I needed to a new one it would be already done.
 
people never buy any company from morocco. It's a s**t hole. The tax gov is even worst. Coming from someone who did long time business there. If you don't know the right sketchy people you are a cooked chicken inside the "tajine"
