If you mean moneycorp bank in Gibraltar then they are legit. You see the groups currency exchange booths all over airports in UK if you go there.

I doubt that you openned a real account in montenegro as physical meeting is needed, as well a link with the country, real estate, residence permet and so one
I described them as legit in my first post. Safe is a totally different subject. They also have a reputation as a ripoff FX rate group at their airport locations and I have been victim of that once upon a time. I have not personally used the bank if that is where you opened your account. But tread carefully as with any new financial relationship.
